1 cup Ricante’s Tropical Pineapple
1 small belt pepper chopped
1 small white onion

- Boil potatoes. Peel and cut into squares.
- In a pan, sauté onion, pepper and garlic
- Then add potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste and then add the pineapple Salsa!
