Grilled Mango Tuna


Ricante's Grilled Mango Tuna




1lb fresh tuna

2 spoons olive oil

1 tea spoon mixed spices

¼ tea spoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Ricante’s Mango COCO Everything Sauce to taste


- On an aluminum foil sheet add one tablespoon olive oil

- Set the tuna on and drizzle the other tablespoon of olive oil on top.

- Add mixed spices, garlic powder and pepper.

- Wrap tuna carefully making sure all sides are closed and put on the grill for 20 min.

- Add as much Ricante Everything Sauce as you want!
