Chimichurri Yucca

SHOP THE SAUCE:

 

Ricante Yucca

 

INGREDIENTS:

2lb Yucca (Cassava)

1 cup Ricante’s Tropical Guanabana Everything Sauce

3 garlic cloves chopped

1 chopped onion

A handful of cilantro chopped

Juice of one lime

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

- Boil yucca until is well done.

- Drain water and put on a bowl.

- Mix all the rest of ingredients together and top the yucca with it.
