4 Corn tortillas
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup of refried beans blended with onions, cilantro and pepper (the more liquid, the better)
1 cup of Ricante’s Tamarindo Caribbean Jerk Everything Sauce
- Fill the tortillas with the cheese, fold in half and fry.
- Drain the extra oil in a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the refried beans with the Tamarindo sauce and top it with grated cheese
