Guanabana ChimiChurri 

Ever heard of Guanabana? It's a trippy looking fruit that you wouldn’t think would be eaten by humans, but its flavor is insane! We've always wanted to make a green sauce and Light Bulb! We decided to add some Ricante magic to the usual ChimiChurri recipe making it a little sweeter with a kick! 

We combined guanabana, oranges and some Habaneros to the classic South American recipe, and now it's a versatile EVERYTHING Sauce. We use it to dip veggies in, Marinade Beef, pour on salads…. Tropical Guanabana ChimiChurri I promise will become a staple for anyone that likes to EAT!

Mango Coco

The Caribbean side of Costa Rica is a must year round. For us surfers from October to March mother ocean brings us some insane waves and we humans chase them! With that chase, there is a call for rice and beans with jerk-chicken, to have as many times as you can eat it... and we do!

Mango Coco Caribbean Style is our tribute to this lovely zone and its people! Mango, creamy coconut mixed with garlic, ginger, hints of passion fruit, orange juice and of course... habaneros!

 Tropical Pineapple

Born and raised in Costa Rica we cant get enough of pineapples and mangos. Adding to the mix some olive oil, dill, garlic, turmeric and cilantro is a combo we make daily with lime juice for that morning immune boost. 

So why not add it into a sauce, Right? Spice it up a bit with some local habaneros and there you are!

Influenced by our Pina Dulce Sauce, this Tropical Pineapple Habanero infused deliciousness will carve out a special place in your kitchen!

 

 

Tropical Tamarindo
Caribbean Jerk Sauce

The city of Tamarindo, Costa Rica is just down the street from us, and where my wife grew up. A sleepy beach town of yesteryear and a radical place to enjoy a cold beer and some epic waves! Tamarindo got its name from the local tree that is everywhere in the zone… Can you guess the name?!!! LOL

The fruit is very acidic, but mixed correctly with much love and you have our Tropical Tamarindo
Caribbean Jerk Sauce! Tomatoes, celery, cilantro, chives, raisins and a few other choice ingredients give that Caribbean jerk flavor that is a family favorite in the Ricante household. This sauce will blow your mind when it comes to marinades and reductions. Enjoy!
